Terms and Conditions – c111 Online Gaming Platform Pakistan

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "c111" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at c111.click, including all games, features, promotional programmes, and related services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who registers an account on c111 or accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on c111 for the purpose of accessing the platform's services.
• "PKR" / "Rs" means Pakistani Rupee — the sole currency used on c111 for all deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, and bonuses.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, referral reward, cashback, or free bet amount credited to a Player's c111 account by the platform.
• "Qualifying Bet" / "Qualifying Deposit" means a wager or deposit that meets the minimum criteria required to trigger a specific promotion or bonus on c111.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Credit before that credit or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Activity" means any action by a Player that c111 determines to constitute abuse, fraud, collusion, exploitation of technical errors, or violation of these Terms.

To register and use c111, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. c111 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by anyone under 18. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect a Player is underage, the account will be suspended pending age verification, and any balance may be forfeited.
• You must be accessing c111 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using c111 is lawful in your location.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual, not on behalf of a third party, a business, or any organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a c111 employee or any company in the c111 group.
• You must not be self-excluded or banned from c111 or any gaming platform operated by c111 or its affiliates.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false details — including false dates of birth — is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on c111. Maintaining more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• A valid, active mobile number that you own and control.
• A valid email address accessible by you.
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 18 or older).
• Your c111 account password (minimum 8 characters, combination of letters and numbers recommended).

c111 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to a CNIC copy, a selfie with ID, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification within 7 days may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. c111 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact c111 support immediately.

All transactions on c111 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). c111 does not accept foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion at any stage. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your c111 wallet in PKR.

c111 currently supports the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank IBFT (inter-bank fund transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard (debit/credit cards)

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may require additional verification. c111 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Any charges from your payment provider — such as bank IBFT fees — are beyond c111's control and are the Player's responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your c111 wallet instantly upon payment confirmation in most cases. If a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact c111 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

You confirm that all funds deposited to c111 are obtained legally and from payment methods that belong to you personally. Depositing using a payment method registered to another person is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawals from c111 are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. c111 targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash; bank IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your c111 account must be verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals withheld pending identity confirmation.
• Only funds from real-money deposits and real-money winnings — not unreleased Bonus Credit — are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus Credit and winnings generated from Bonus Credit are only withdrawable after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. c111 does not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• c111 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 before processing.

c111 does not charge fees on withdrawals. If your payment provider charges a receiving fee, that is outside c111's control. For withdrawal queries, contact support with your withdrawal request ID and the transaction will be investigated within 24 hours.

c111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free table credits, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts on their first deposit only. Existing accounts cannot claim a welcome bonus a second time.
• All bonuses credited to your c111 wallet are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states a different figure.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games and markets count towards wagering requirements. Sports bets with odds below 1.50 and certain game categories may be excluded from wagering contribution. Specific exclusions are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Credit and real-money credit in your c111 wallet are used separately. Real-money funds are used first in gameplay unless the Player's real-money balance is zero.
• c111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated via the c111 platform.
• Exploiting bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, reverse engineering promotion mechanics, or placing offsetting bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play — is considered Bonus Abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, any winnings derived from it, and possible account closure.
• Unclaimed bonuses that require opt-in expire after 30 days unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bonus Credit that has been credited but where the wagering requirement has not been met within 30 days will be removed from the account.

The c111 Refer a Friend programme allows registered Players to earn PKR rewards by inviting new players to the platform. The following rules govern the referral programme:

• Each registered c111 Player receives a unique personal referral code accessible from their account dashboard. This code is for personal use only and must not be commercially distributed without written permission from c111.
• A referral is considered qualifying only when: (a) the referred individual is genuinely new to c111 and registers using the referrer's code, and (b) the referred individual makes a minimum first deposit of Rs 300 within 14 days of registration.
• The standard referral reward is Rs 500 per qualifying referral, credited automatically to the referrer's c111 wallet upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit. Higher reward rates apply at Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers as stated in the programme details.
• Referral rewards carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately once credited.
• Referral abuse — including creating fake accounts, referring oneself, or any artificial inflation of referral counts — is strictly prohibited. c111 investigates suspicious referral patterns and will cancel all rewards and close all associated accounts where abuse is confirmed.
• c111 reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts, tier thresholds, and programme structure at any time with 7 days' advance notice to existing referrers.

c111 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on c111 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at the same table or in the same betting market to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to chip-dumping in card games or coordinated betting strategies in sports.
• Cheating Software: Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with c111 games or betting markets in a way that is not available to all Players.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical errors, miscalculated odds, or software glitches to place bets or play games that would not have been available under normal conditions. Winnings from such situations are void and will be reversed.
• Money Laundering: Using c111 to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin or moving funds illegally. c111 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in money laundering investigations and will freeze accounts where such activity is suspected.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or operate your c111 account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Fraudulent Payment Methods: Depositing using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment details. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account permanently closed.

c111 uses automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, betting patterns, payment behaviour, and device fingerprinting. Players identified as engaging in Restricted Activities will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before final action is taken, except in cases of clear and immediate fraud where immediate suspension is necessary.

c111 takes the wellbeing of its Players seriously. Gaming is entertainment and should remain that way. We provide the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your c111 account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your c111 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from c111 — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which your account remains active but no deposits or gameplay are possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from c111 for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, c111 will make every reasonable effort to prevent your access, including blocking your account and refusing new registration attempts from your known identity details.

If you believe your gaming behaviour is becoming problematic, c111 strongly encourages you to use these tools. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by registering a new account. Doing so is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of the new account and any balance within it.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your c111 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, ensure that your account balance has been fully withdrawn, as residual balances in closed accounts may not be recoverable after 90 days.

c111-initiated closure: c111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Any activity that c111 reasonably believes may expose it to legal risk or regulatory action.
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months. In such cases, c111 will make reasonable efforts to contact the Player before closure. Any remaining balance at the time of inactivity closure will be held for 90 days and returned to the Player upon verified request during that period.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation, c111 reserves the right to retain the account balance as partial compensation for any losses or costs incurred. Where closure is due to inactivity or Player request, the available real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c111 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, winnings, or opportunity arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays on the c111 platform.
• Any losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Any decisions made by a Player on the basis of information displayed on c111 — including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional terms — where c111 acted in good faith to present accurate information.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or any technical circumstances outside c111's direct control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, even where c111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

c111's total liability to any Player in any calendar month, for all claims combined, shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to c111 in that same calendar month.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by c111's own negligence, or for any type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

c111 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published at c111.click/terms-conditions with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of the page.

For significant changes — those that materially affect Player rights or obligations — c111 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via in-platform notification or email to registered Players. For minor clarifications or non-material updates, changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of c111 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using c111 and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. c111 recommends reviewing this page whenever you receive a notification about a Terms change.
